Our Story

Before Arbeli Development existed, we were entrepreneurs, business owners, investors—and homeowners.

We've spent years building businesses and investing in real estate, but the idea behind Arbeli Development came from something much more personal:

What would we build if we could create the kind of property we actually wanted to live in?

We kept coming back to the same things.

More land.

More privacy.

Modern architecture.

Beautiful spaces that were still comfortable enough for real life.

Outdoor living that felt like a private resort.

Room for family, friends, cars, hobbies, entertaining—and quiet.

A home that felt like its own world.

That became the foundation for Arbeli Development.

Arbeli Development is a Las Vegas-based luxury residential development company creating modern custom estates designed around architecture, land, and the way people actually want to live.

As Las Vegas residents for more than 30 years, we’ve watched the city evolve—and with it, the definition of desert living. What was once defined by master-planned communities and traditional luxury has expanded into something more architectural, more intentional, and more connected to the landscape.

We believe the next generation of Las Vegas luxury is about more than a beautiful house.

It’s space. Privacy. Modern architecture that still feels warm and livable. Expansive properties where the home, landscape, outdoor living, and amenities come together as one complete experience. A place designed just as much for an ordinary Tuesday at home as it is for entertaining on Saturday night.

With experience in business, real estate, and developing luxury residential estates, Arbeli Development brings an owner’s mindset to every project. We intentionally take on a limited number of estates, allowing us to remain closely involved in the details and give every property its own identity.

Our approach is simple: build as if we were going to live there ourselves.

That means thinking beyond square footage and finishes to consider how a property actually feels and functions—the arrival, the privacy, the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, the way people gather, the places you entertain, and the spaces where you can completely disappear from the world.

We are building Arbeli Development with a long-term vision: to become a defining name in luxury residential development throughout Las Vegas and the surrounding region, known for distinctive properties, thoughtful design, and a modern approach to desert estate living.

Because to us, true luxury isn’t simply about having more. It's about having a home that everyone wishes was theirs.
